If the revised version includes a substantial change, we will provide you with 7 days’ prior notice by posting a notice of change on the "Policy Updates" section of the Chillr-for-Business Platform. Your continued use of the Chillr-for-Business Platform after expiry of these 7 days will be considered as your express consent to all such amendments to this policy.

When you download or use our Chillr-for-Business Applications, or access our Chillr-for-Business Platform, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. Most mobile devices allow you to control or disable location services in the device's settings menu. If you have questions about how to disable your device's location services, we recommend you contact your mobile service carrier or the service desk of your mobile device manufacturer.
Additionally as part of our services, to improve customer experience and to enable them to identify your location, the business and/or store address provided by you may be enabled for customers to view.

When using the Chillr-for-Business mobile or online application a Quick Response (QR) code or other payment code may be generated and shared with the buyer/Chillr user with whom you are transacting. We may share your mobile number, business name and transactions and invoice details with the buyer to enable him to confirm the transaction. Regardless, we will not disclose your bank account number to anyone except the Facilitating Bank (Partner Bank).
